Catch all of our 2023 class films at this year’s Premiere Night.
Each year Filmbites classes each make an end-of-year project in Term 4. Their work is then edited over the holidays and prepared for our annual Premiere Night Screening.
The event is spread across two nights with our younger classes on one evening and our older groups on the next weekend.
- FILMBITES JUNIOR SCREENING (Screening 1) Sunday, April 14th, 6 – 8 pm
- FILMBITES SENIOR SCREENING (Screening 2) Sunday, April 21st, 6 – 8:30 pm
If you are a student, please make sure you read through the PREMIERE NIGHT CONTENT SHEET to make sure you are booking for the right date! 🙂
Don’t forget to get dressed up and take some pictures on the red carpet.
Popcorn and candy bar are available at the venue. Raffle tickets are sold at the door.
The event will be hosted at Luna Cinemas, Leederville.

FAQ
- Filmbites Students attend for free. Make sure to select the “Filmbites Student” ticket option to redeem this at checkout. Even if you are no longer attending classes in 2024.
- There is no limit to how many friends or family members you can bring along. The cinema at Luna Leederville is very large and able to accommodate many extra special guests 🙂
- If you can no longer make it or booked for the wrong date – don’t worry! Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
- You are welcome to attend both screenings if you wish to see the other films we make here at Filmbites. We highly recommend our Senior Screening for some excellent short films and two short mini-series by our Advanced Actors.
- Your films (and bloopers!) will be made available to you for viewing at home and digital download within 14 days after the event on the Filmbites Streaming Service (
